Plan Summaries & Documents

The plan summary documents can be obtained by logging in to the Employee Benefits Service Center. If your employment from Inframark has been separated you have 90 days from your separation date to log in to the benefits service center, enroll in COBRA and access your benefit coverage plan descriptions. For more information, please refer to the “Reference Center” located to the right-hand side of your screen once you are logged in to the benefits service center.
