Furthermore, your final bill will be generated within 30-60 days after the date of disconnection, and your deposit (if any on file) will go towards your final balance. If there are any moneys remaining from a deposit balance the proceeds will be processed into a refund check and sent to you in the form of a check in 6-8 weeks.
