Get Enrolled in Your Inframark Healthcare Benefits

All full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in employee benefits. Review the 2026 - Benefits Guidebook and follow this benefits enrollment checklist before making your elections. The benefit elections you make during your enrollment timeframe are binding through the end of the plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Benefit Enrollment Deadlines and When Your Coverage Takes Effect:

All new Inframark team members have the opportunity to enroll in Inframark's healthcare benefits within the first 30 days of employment. The benefit elections you make will take effect beginning on the 1st of the month following 30 days of service. For example, if your start state is October 1, you need to enroll by October 30, and your coverage takes effect on November 1. Another example, if your start date is October 10, you need to enroll by November 8, and your coverage takes effect on December 1. If at any point you would like further clarification on your enrollment deadline and when your benefits will take effect, please send us an email to benefits@inframark.com.

Insurance Cards:

Your insurance cards can all be access electronically via the insurance carrier mobile apps and websites. Your Aetna medical card will be the only physical insurance card that will be mailed to your home. On the very back of the card, you will find your CVS Caremark prescription information. If at any time you need another card mailed to you, please go online to www.Aetna.com and register/log-in and order yourself a new card OR you can also call Health Advocate at 855-424-6400 and they can order you a new card as well.
