2026 Inframark Benefits Information

This dedicated page will provide you with important information, tools and resources that you need to help you make informed enrollment decisions in regard to your 2026 plan year benefits. The benefits you select are binding from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. 

If you need assistance with registering/ logging in on the Online Benefits Center or enrolling in your benefits, just call the Inframark Online Benefits Center Support Team at 888-532-3617, available Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST/ 8am – 5pm CST.  If you need assistance beyond the Online Benefits Center, please email benefits@inframark.com.

The only time you can make changes outside of open enrollment is if you or a dependent encounter a Qualifying Life Event such as birth/adoption, marriage/divorce, gain/loss of healthcare coverage, etc. If any of these situations occur, you must report your life event within 31 days of the event occurring via the Inframark Online Benefits Center or through the MyChoice mobile app.

ENROLLMENT DETAILS & BENEFIT CHANGES:

! Enrollment is Active 

This year’s open enrollment period begins on October 20th and ends October 31, 2026. Enrollment is Active. This means that if you do not re-enroll in your Inframark benefits, you will not have coverage in 2026. The next chance you’ll have to enroll is during open enrollment in the Fall of 2027 or by reporting a Qualifying Life Event.

Eligible Dependents:

Spouse/ Domestic Partner and Child(ren). NOTE: If you are adding new dependents, you must have all dependents birthdates and social security numbers ready.

  • ! Dependent Verification is REQUIRED for dependents who are being newly added under the Inframark Aetna medical plan. If you have already verified your dependents, you do not have to do this step again.
    • ! Dependent verification documents are due prior to December 19, 2025, in order to have your dependents covered under your medical plan for 2026.

! Wellness Program Incentive: For participants who met the 450-wellness point incentive during the 3/1 – 8/31/2025 wellness program (those that earned 150 – 449 pts will automatically receive a wellness paycheck bonus on your December 5, 2025 paycheck. (Subject to income taxes and 401(k) contributions)

! Guidebooks

  • Open enrollment guidebooks are only being provided to you electronically and will not be mailed. Please click here to view the 2026 Open Enrollment Guide.

! Health Plan Contributions

  • There will be increases to the medical plan premiums and the Tobacco Surcharge. Greater Houston, TX area, click here to view the Memorial Hermann rates.

!  Voluntary Benefits

  • The following voluntary benefits will no longer be offered as of December 31, 2025: MetLife Group Legal Coverage, Norton LifeLock, MetLife Pet Insurance, Farmers home/auto insurance, United Healthcare Elder Services, SmartDollar and Kashable (Current loan payments will continue deducting from your Inframark paycheck until fully paid off. New Loan amounts will not be allowed after 12/31/25). Please call Health Advocate at 855-424-6400 for more information. 

401(k) Retirement Benefits:

  • Starting January 1, 2026, the Inframark 401(k) Retirement and Savings Plan will no longer offer automatic enrollment into the Plan or annual automatic escalation of contributions. You still will have the option to manually increase or change your contributions at any time by visiting www.empowermyretirement.com or by calling Empower Retirement at 855-756-4738. 

Healthcare & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) IRS Annual Limits Increase: 

If you want to contribute or continue to contribute to an FSA beginning with the first paycheck in 2026, you must actively enroll your FSA annual contribution amount. Your current 2025 FSA election will not carry over into 2026.

  • The annual Healthcare FSA employee contribution limits are increasing from $3,300, to $3,400. You can rollover up to $660 going into 2026.
  • The annual Dependent Care FSA employee contributions for single/married-filing jointly households are increasing from $5,000 to $7,500.  
    • $3,750 for married-filing-separately households. 
  • Remember, you can manage your Healthcare & Dependent Care FSA directly through the MyChoice mobile app on the App Store or Google Play.

Health Savings Account (HSA) IRS Annual Limits Increase:

If you want to contribute or continue to contribute to an HSA beginning with the first paycheck in 2026, you must actively enroll your HSA annual contribution amount. Your current 2025 HSA election will not carry over into 2026

The annual HSA employee contribution limits are increasing to the following limits. Be aware, these do include the Inframark employer contributions ($500 for single; $1,000 for family):

  • $4,400 for single coverage
  • $8,750 for family coverage
  • $9,550 for anyone 55 years of age and older due to catch up contribution eligibility. (No change, same amount as in 2025)

At the top of this page, click the button that says, CLICK HERE TO ENROLL IN YOUR 2026 INFRAMARK BENEFITS. You can also enroll on your smartphone via the MyChoice mobile app found on the App Store or Google Play   NOTE: New Online Benefits Center users must register first via the website version, then can log-in to the MyChoice mobile app. Click here to get registered.
