Life and AD&D Insurance

Life insurance is an important part of your financial security especially if others depend on you for support. That’s why Inframark partners with Prudential to provide all eligible employees with Life Insurance options and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through Lincoln Financial Group.

Basic Life and AD&D – Inframark provides eligible employees with Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to 1 times your base annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000. This coverage is 100% company-paid.

Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance – you may purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner and/or your dependent child(ren). You are responsible for paying 100% of the cost.

• Employee Supplemental Life – you may purchase coverage of 1 to 5 times your salary, up to a maximum of $500,000. EOI is required for amounts over $250k.
• Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – you may purchase coverage for $10,000, $20,000, $30,000, $40,000, or a maximum of $50,000. EOI is required for amounts over $50,000.
• Child Supplemental Life – you may purchase coverage for $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000. Your unmarried dependent children may be covered up to age 26.
