Johnstown Redevelopment Authority Renews Inframark’s Contract

Company secures renewal with a scope expansion that includes sludge disposal.

Horsham, Penn., November 28, 2018 ─ Inframark, LLC, is pleased to announce that the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority (JRA) in Johnstown, Penn., has renewed the company’s contract to continue to deliver management, operation, and maintenance of the JRA’s Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. The renewal also includes a scope expansion for biosolids management and industrial pretreatment program support. Inframark is adding the biosolids scope without significantly increasing the total cost to the JRA, relieving it of the burden and risk of managing the biosolids disposal itself.

“Based on their years of service, professionalism, and knowledge, it was a good decision to renew the contract with Inframark and continue moving forward in a positive direction,” said JRA’s Executive Director Melissa Komar. “The Authority is very satisfied with the cleanliness of the plant and has a great working relationship with the Inframark team. JRA is looking forward to the next five years.”

“We are pleased to extend our partnership with the JRA, which began in 2014, by bringing our deep expertise in industrial pretreatment programs and biosolids management. We look forward to continuing to deliver value to the JRA as a partner and protector of the most critical resource that helps communities prosper,” said Inframark’s President and CEO Stephane Bouvier.
