Inframark Proudly Participates in Orme Dam Victory Days

Company’s Fort McDowell Reclamation Facility supplies water for the event.

Horsham, Pa., November 25, 2019 – Inframark, LLC’s Fort McDowell Water Reclamation Facility in Arizona supplied 357,000 gallons of reclaimed water for dust control and livestock watering at the 38th anniversary of the Orme Dam Victory Days held November 15-17 in Fort McDowell. This historic event celebrates the Yavapai Nation’s victory over the federal government during its battle over the proposed Orme Dam that would have flooded most of the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation.

The team at the water reclamation facility, which was designed to reuse the water at the two world-class local golf courses as irrigation, developed a plan to use its water and equipment to provide support for this great event. Inframark’s technical team and on-site staff were able to utilize their expertise to produce A-plus water for dust control.

“We could not have possibly supplied the water from the Fort McDowell Water Reclamation Facility without the commitment from the staff and their steadfast relationship with the customer,” said Area Manager Mark Whitney. “Mark Haines, Angel Thompson and William Lalo should be very proud of their accomplishments as well as customer representatives Mark Frank and Gerry Walker.”
