Educational Assistance Program

Inframark recognizes the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. The Educational Assistance Program is offered to encourage you to grow and develop through formal education so that you can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance your ability to compete for reasonably attainable positions within Inframark. All regular full-time employees in good standing (i.e. no disciplinary issues) are eligible to participate in the program.

To participate in this program, submit an Application for Education Assistance to your manager for them to submit to their HRPB for approval. Your manager will inform you of approval or denial of your application.

To participate in the program, your course of study must meet the following requirements:

Must be related to your present job or related to a logical future job in line with Inframark’s needs.
Must be regular offerings from an accredited educational institution.
Must be required as part of an Inframark approved degree curriculum.

Payments for courses under our Educational Assistance Program Policy will be based on the following:

Successful completion of the course(s) with a “C” grade or better, or a “Pass” when only a Pass/Fail score is given.
Presentation of final grade report.
Presentation of tuition receipt showing full payment to the institution.
Payment will be made for 100% of the tuition charges and lab fees up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year. (The reimbursement is counted towards the calendar year in which the coursework is completed, rather than the year in which the reimbursement is actually made.)

Inframark conducts business in English (subject to applicable federal, state and local requirements). Inframark also provides up to $3,000 reimbursement for approved Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED) testing, or an English as a Second Language (ESL) program. A certificate of successful completion will be required to request reimbursement.
