Take a Moment for Mental Health

Mental Health Awareness Month is observed annually in May to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and offer resources and support for mental well-being. At Inframark, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where mental well-being is valued and prioritized. Check out our Mental Health Awareness board to learn more about Mental Health Awareness Month and learn tips and tricks on how you can be balanced in your everyday life. 

But that’s not all! When you answer the questions at the bottom of each tile within the board. You’ll earn 10 wellness points! 

What to do:

  1. Click here to go to the Mental Health Awareness board.
  2. Make sure to LOG IN or register before completing any of the tiles (by not logging in or registering beforehand, we won’t be able to award you wellness points ☹.
  3. Answer the question at the bottom of each tile.
  4. You’re done! Now just sit back and wait for your wellness points to load to your Health Advocate profile Cool.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

The program is available to all Inframark employees and their immediate family members.

The EAP is a FREE, confidential shot-term, solution-focused program that provides in-the-moment, virtual support and face-to-face sessions support for a variety of issues, such as:

  • relationship issues
  • family and parenting issues
  • depression and anxiety
  • substance abuse
  • grief and loss
  • or any life transition, such as having a baby and raising young children and/or teenagers.

Virtual Behavioral Health Services

This benefit is available for Aetna PO enrolled Inframark employees and covered family members. In addition to supporting your physical health, you can also schedule a virtual visit with a licensed therapist or board-certified psychiatrist through Teladoc. Teladoc providers can diagnose, treat and prescribe for addictions, anxiety, depression, and more.
