Welcome to Inframark’s 2026 Annual Wellness Program!

2026 Wellness Program Changes:
This year’s 2026 Wellness Program is for you to focus on your physical and mental wellness, with a special focus on completing your preventative wellness screening with your primary care provider (PCP). Visiting your PCP annually is not only free through your Inframark Aetna medical coverage, but it also can help detect potential health issues early, monitor chronic conditions, and provide preventive care.
Who is Eligible to Participate: Inframark benefit eligible employees who have active medical coverage under the Inframark medical plan. While spouses and children are not eligible to participate for incentive rewards, they still have access to the well-being tools and resources made available within the Health Advocate website and mobile app (Apple | Google Play).
Goal and Reward:
To complete this year’s wellness program, all you need to do is schedule your free Annual Physical or Well Woman Exam (PCP Visit). All employees who are enrolled in Inframark’s medical plan and complete the annual preventative medical exam activity on or after September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, will receive a $150 Wellness Incentive Bonus which is scheduled to be paid in December 2026. Please know that the $150 Wellness Incentive Bonus reward is IRS taxable income and will be subject to income tax. The appropriate amount of taxes will be applied on the same paycheck that you receive your reward.
Annual Physical or Well Woman Exam (PCP Visit)
Visit your provider or PCP for your free preventive annual physical or well woman exam.
Exams dated from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 will qualify for credit.
How to earn credit:
• Must be enrolled in an Inframark medical plan for plan year 2026.
• If your visit was billed through your medical plan with Inframark, your exam will automatically be sent to Health Advocate (if coded correctly), but it may take up to 90 days or 3 months due to claim processing lags.
• If your visit is on or after 6/1/2026, your claim may not be received by Health Advocate in time. You should report your exam directly through Health Advocate’s website or mobile app (Apple | Google Play) by entering the visit date and uploading documentation such as an Explanation of Benefit (EOB), Claim Summary, or post-visit summary letter from your provider or PCP’s office.
