FAQs:

1. When is open enrollment?

  • Open enrollment for employees starts on October 30 and ends on November 17. Your 2024 Inframark benefits will go into effect on January 1, 2024.

2. Do I have to enroll?

  • No! Your current benefits will rollover to 2024, with the exception of the below:
    • You must take action if you want to make changes or enroll the FSA or Vacation Buy or Sell Program for 2024.  

3. How do I enroll in my Inframark benefits?

4. Who do I contact if I need technical enrollment assistance?

  • Enrollment technical assistance is available by phone by calling the Online Benefits Service Center at 800-307-0230.

6. Who’s eligible to enroll?

  • All full-time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in employee benefits.

7. Can I add my dependents?

  • Yes. Eligible dependents you can cover under your Inframark healthcare plans are our legal spouse/domestic partner, biological/adopted children up to age 26, and your unmarried children of any age, if mentally or physically incapable of self-support.
  • Don’t Forget! Dependent Certification Form by December 18, 2023.  Open Enrollment newly added dependents must have documentation submitted by December 18, 2023 or they will not have coverage effective January 1, 2024.

8. What is the Memorial Hermann network?

  • If you reside in the Houston, TX area, you can choose Aetna’s APCN network OR you can select the Memorial Hermann network to obtain a 20% savings per pay on your medical premiums.
      1. If you choose this network, your in-network care must be obtained exclusively within the Memorial Hermann Health System.
